One very meticulous owner, Liquid Asset, a 2015 295CC Everglades with twin white 300hp Yamaha engines and about as close to showroom as you will find.  Liquid Asset has always stored inside, her Caribbean Blue hull, cushions and combing pads show very little wear.   
 
Broker Walk Thru:  Yamaha 300hp V6 4 strokes engines with approximately 650 hours (full service records) with 3 blade SS props. Trim tabs, SeaBlaze under water LED lights and to starboard a hidden pull out boarding ladder. Across the transom, enter starboard swing open a walk thru door, Marinco 110v plug to on board charger, 5 stainless Smith rod holders and in the port corner a 34gallon live well.  Centered cross the transom a pop-up bench expands seating in the cockpit.
 
 Everglades calls this a “Family-Friendly Fishing” boat, and that’s evident in the mix of comfy accommodations and fishing features found throughout like the in-deck insulated 66-gallon fish box with macerated overboard drainage.  To port a full size ‘dive door’ and drop in boarding ladder.  It may be the safest and most convenient way for divers and family to board, though at its core this is a fishing boat and imagine pulling a large fish thru this door.   
 
      Aft of the helm seating a large rigging station with wash down sink to port, cutting board, tool holder, a sink to starboard and two SS cup holders.  Thoughtfully well-positioned handholds are placed with anglers in mind. Single tackle drawer below.  Below the bait prep station a Yeti cooler mounted on a traveler track pulls out easily and locks securely in place. Large tackle drawers are located behind latched doors on each side.  
 
     Hardtop underside matching Caribbean Blue with LED spreader lights, lighting over rigging table, JL speakers, soft zippered PFD storage, 7 rod holders.          The helm is uncluttered.  Stainless steering wheel, USB and 12V outlets, Yamaha binnacle, Yamaha digital gauge, Garmin mfd, most common switches, tabs.  As expected Everglades design, fit & finish creates a helm that puts you in control. Comfortable split helm seat with bolsters. Forward with portside door access, under the console is a relatively spacious area checking off that important box, Mom's requirement with a head, washbasin and storage cabinets.
 
         Forward of the console twin individual upholstered chair seats and forward seating. (Cushions not shown).  Hidden in the gunnels large rod storage compartments. If you filled the aft kill box there is plenty of room for more fish, forward in deck the 105-gallon fish box that’s insulated and plumbed with macerator overboard pump out.  Forward LED lighting, deck lighting throughout, additional JL speakers to enjoy tunes. The family can enjoy an evening cruise or time at the sandbar on Liquid Asset.
